The Tutoring Center provides free, drop-in peer-led tutoring sessions and professional tutoring (in limited subject areas) to promote proactive and independent student learning. Our peer tutors facilitate learning, model academic success, and promote positive study habits. The peer model reflects the student-centered nature of Cottey’s mission and fosters a collaborative learning environment through student-to-student interaction. It also offers a significant professional development opportunity to high-achieving undergraduate students.
