There are two ways to make room reservations: you may reserve your room online, or you may call the reservations desk at the Bourbon Orleans. If you are a student, I believe you will have to call the reservation desk to get the reduced rate.

Making the reservation online: go to www.bourbonorleans.com and after entering dates, in the section that says ‘enter rate access code’, use the Group Code "CLAY". Please let me know if this does not work well.
- Making the reservation by phone: please call the Bourbon Orleans directly and refer to the “Clay Minerals Society” to obtain the group rate. Students should identify their status when calling to receive the additionally reduced rate. Please let me know if you have trouble getting the appropriate rate.
