Not all colleges tout their food service departments as proudly as Cottey does. But our alumnae say they miss "Cottey's wonderful people and the great food" all in the same breath. The reason for all that praise? Food Service Director and professional Chef Michael Richardson who brings to Cottey several years of experience as a restaurant chef. Not only is he a great chef, he and his staff are responsive to student opinions and preferences. They really listen to what students want and need, like more vegan and vegetarian options. And they're willing to try out just about any recipe you bring in!
