Faculty: International Business

Cottey College, a leading private liberal arts college for women, invites inquiries, nominations, and applications for a full-time, one-year faculty position in International Business, starting August 2012. Although this appointment is currently structured as a one-year replacement position, a successful individual will shape the direction of the program and be well-positioned as a candidate for a tenure-track position in this program. The preferred candidate will have an MBA or doctorate degree in International Business, with ABD considered. The person selected for this position will be instrumental in developing and delivering the new baccalaureate program in international relations and international business housed in the Cottey Institute for Women's Leadership and Social Responsibility. As part of the Institute, the international relations and business program exists synergistically with programs in environmental studies and English. We are looking for an individual who is a generalist in international business, with an emphasis in management and minor in finance preferred. Desired qualifications include the ability to teach courses with a strong international emphasis and to speak a second language. Experience with study abroad programs is a plus. Cottey College is seeking 2 female directors for an all female student residence hall effective July 2012.  12 month, full-time position with full benefits.  Primary commitment during academic year evenings and weekends.  Some daytime hours needed. Half-Time Residence Hall Director

Housekeeping Assistant Supervisor

Cottey College seeks a Housekeeping Assistant Supervisor. Responsibilities for this position include supervising, scheduling, training, and coordinating housekeeping in all campus buildings.
