COTTEY RUNNERS SUCCESSFUL AT LOCAL 5K

A group of Cottey College runners had a successful day at the Nevada Area Multisport 5K race to benefit the YMCA Strong Kids program. Finishing first overall in the women's 5K was second-year student Taylor McCoy. Taking second place overall was first-year student Ria Jewell. In the women's 15-19 age group, second-year students Brielle Farrell and Vanessa Ophorst took first and second places respectively.
