COTTEY DEP'T. OF THEATRE PRESENTS TROY WOMEN NOV. 13-14

The Cottey College Department of Theatre will present Troy Women on Friday and Saturday, November 13 and 14, at 8 p.m. in the Auditorium of the Haidee and Allen Wild Center for the Arts.

This production is a modern poetic adaptation of Euripides' classic tragedy, The Trojan Women, which was written in 415 BC. The play follows the fates of the women of Troy after their city has fallen, their husbands killed, and as their remaining families are about to be taken away as slaves. Directed by Michael Denison. Note: This production features adult content and language.

Tickets for Troy Women are $5 for adults and $4 for those under age 18 or over 62 years of age.

The Center for the Arts is located on the northeast corner of Austin and Tower streets in Nevada, Missouri.
