Dr. I. S. Ozkal
Dr. I. Sinan Ozkal received his B.S. in physics from the University of Ankara, Turkey. As an undergraduate student he had a scholarship from NATO. He received his M.S. and Ph.D. in physics from the University of Missouri-Rolla. For his graduate studies, he had a scholarship from the Scientific and Technical Research Council of Turkey.
Dr. Ozkal has taught physics at the Army War school, Ankara, Turkey, and Fort Scott Community College, Fort Scott, Kansas. Dr. Ozkal’s current duties at Cottey College include teaching college algebra, introductory physics (with laboratory), introductory astronomy (with laboratory), and general physics (I and II with their corequisite laboratories) courses.
