LEO
LEO (Leadership, Experiences, Opportunity) is a four-level leadership certification program for Cottey students.  Approximately 60 students participate in the LEO program annually.

  • Participation in LEO enables students to discover their own leadership style.
  • LEO allows students to connect with women leaders both on campus and in the community.
  • In LEO, students focus on the leadership aspects of the activities they are already doing.
  • The Center for Women's Leadership hosts special events for LEO students including dinners, guest speakers, and trips to cultural events. Throughout the year students participate in a variety of enrichment events and workshops to reach their LEO goals.
