“C” for Yourself!
Come for a Visit
The best way to understand the advantages Cottey offers is to visit our campus and see for yourself. You can meet our students and talk with professors about your academic interests and career plans. Explore the campus, eat in the dining hall, and stay overnight in a suite. (Get travel directions from Kansas City International Airport.)

Current and prospective students gathered for a photo during the Fall 2007 "C" for Yourself! Weekend. Over 80 prospective students attended and had a great time visiting classes, staying in suites with current students, and enjoying the fabulous Cottey cuisine. What did our visitors have to say? Allison Clark from Idaho: "It was very beneficial to come to Cottey. I learned a lot and got to stay in a suite with the girls. It's really cool that Cottey is all girls." Laura Kroll, also from Idaho: "Cottey is really great! I'm having tons of fun and am excited to hand in my application for admission." Kala Bright, Britz Matthis, and Melisa Saldana, all from Iowa said the same thing: "We love Cottey and our Golden Key [campus host] is awesome!"

Celebration of Achievement
March 27-29, 2009
High school seniors who have been accepted for admission for fall 2009 and who are recipients of Cottey’s top three academic scholarships are invited to this campus event. This celebration is to recognize the academic achievements of the incoming Cottey class.
Campus events will begin at 5:30 p.m. on Friday and conclude with Sunday brunch. Students will spend two nights in our residence halls as the guest of a Cottey student. Students and their parents/guests will take part in an interactive campus tour and will participate in discussions regarding the benefits of a college for women, the art and science of leadership, and the connection between the liberal arts and careers.
Participation in this weekend is by invitation only and on-line registrations are not available for this event.
