Hello from Cottey College! My name is Sarah Burtch, and I am the admission representative for Idaho, Indiana, Michigan, Nevada, Oklahoma, Texas, and Utah. I am so excited to journey with you in your search for the right college!
Although I have called many places in the world home, I came to Cottey from San Antonio, Texas. I learned about the
college through a P.E.O. friend and knew immediately it was the right place for me. I graduated from Cottey College in
2005 with my Associate of Arts degree. While on campus I was active in jazz band and theatre productions, as well as
several student clubs and organizations. I recently graduated from Stephens College, and jumped at the opportunity to
come back to work at Cottey. As a recent graduate of two woman's colleges, I feel my time spent in attendance of these
colleges has given me a great pride and respect for single-sex institutions of higher learning and their important role
in transforming lives.
I am glad you are considering Cottey and hope you find it to be a college at which you can see yourself meeting success.
