Events and Reunions
P.E.O. Visit Day: October 26, 2013
Cottey celebrated its first P.E.O. Visit Day in 2005. This event is the premier visit event for P.E.O.s. During the visit, P.E.O.s have the opportunity to see the Cottey Campus and meet other sisters. Activities include campus tours, meeting students, experiencing the great Cottey food, and hearing from the President, Dr. Judy Rogers. Registration is required! Housing on campus is not available during this event. Click here for a list of hotels and restaurants.
Vacation College: May 20-25, 2014
Vacation College is a wonderful time for P.E.O.s, BILs, alumnae and others to get away from it all, combine a Cottey experience with personal enrichment, and have some fun along the way. Participants live the life of a Cottey student by staying in one of the residence halls, eating in Raney Dining Room and attending classes taught by Cottey College faculty - all without the pressure of mid-term exams or finals. Nightly entertainment and recreational activities round out the week. P.E.O.s, BILs, alumnae, and friends of the College are invited to attend. The cost for the week is $525. Class offerings and registration for the event will be available online January 15, 2014.

International COTTEY Day: March 27
In March 2005, Cottey College, P.E.O.s and alumnae everywhere celebrated the first ever International COTTEY Day, celebrating the life and memory of Virginia Alice Cottey Stockard, the founder of Cottey College. This year, plan to celebrate International COTTEY Day on March 27, Virginia Alice Cottey's birthday. Imagine the recognition from not only wearing a Cottey promotional item, but explaining what Cottey College is. This is a fantastic way to help get the word out to prospective students that Cottey College is not only a great institution, but there is a legion of women who support the goals and ideals of women's education.
Order these Cottey College buttons to wear. They are available for $7 for 10 buttons.
P.E.O. Seminar: August 16-19, 2014
Seminar is an educational opportunity for delegates to learn more about the College so that they can educate other P.E.O.s and prospective students. The College and the Executive Board of the P.E.O. Sisterhood encourages states to send delegates who are near the beginning of their service on the state board so that they can become knowledgeable about Cottey and share information as they visit with chapters. State officers will receive an email in mid-March detailing registration procedures for the 2014 P.E.O. Seminar. For questions, please contact Cottey's Office of P.E.O. Relations at email@example.com.
