Do you think of yourself as a leader? At your school? In your community? Have you never been a leader but secretly think you could be? Do you know that being a leader does not always mean being the girl with the loudest voice, or the person standing in front of the room, or the one with the best ideas? Students will explore leadership; conflict resolution and peace studies; social justice; civic engagement; team building; public presentation; college investigation, and more.
Fee: $400 (This includes room, board, and all materials and activities.)

  • "This will be the fifth leadership conference that I've attended and by far, this one was the most beneficial to me. Everything that we learned, I'm confident, will serve purpose in our lives." St. Louis, Missouri
  • "Before this workshop, I never thought that I could climb a rock wall or become best friends with people I just met." Stuart, Virginia

A field trip, a morning of computer disassembly and reassembly, and special topic sessions are scheduled for all participants.
Fee: $400 (This includes room, board, and all materials and activities.)
